Now with the NFL 16, I cannot connect to the ea server, no problem with my xbox 360 and my nfl maddon 15. After an hour on the phone with ea, they suggested creating a new gamertag, which is ridiculous. If i can connect with my McIroy game, and my xbox 360 madden 15, it hardly should be my gamertag, its the same.

I haven't a chance to call Verizon about it. I have 2 xbox 360 and neither want to connect to live, neither does Games for Windows Live on my PC. My xbox one connects fine with absolutely no problem. I hoping it fixes itself tomorrow.
